The following is a description of patient fees billed for cash discount fees. The fees are based on patient complexity and/or time spent with patient.

Telemedicine appointment and Phone consultations:

Up to 20 minutes $80 (out of pocket)

21-30 minutes $100 (out of pocket)

31-40 minutes $120 (out of pocket)

We work with most major insurance companies, but are not in all their plans. To prevent any issues, we suggest you contact your insurance company to determine eligibility. Ohio Medicaid and Kentucky Medicaid only accepted for patients who were seen at the prior practice and patients for Transgender management only.
